Dear Little Picker Family
I am Gianna Morales and I am honored and excited to introduce myself as the new principal of Robert Driscoll Jr. STEM Academy. I am excited to start this new school year with you and I want to express my gratitude for welcoming me into the community and share my passion for student success.
As the new principal, I want to foster an environment where every student feels valued and empowered to ignite brilliance. Collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to excellence will guide my approach to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. I look forward to working alongside all stakeholders including but not limited to students, parents and staff to have us be successful.
This year we will focus on providing the building blocks of brilliance to students by focusing on academic growth , social emotional well being, and community engagement. I am excited about the opportunities these initiatives present and I am confident that together we will achieve great success.
To our students, I want you to know that I am here to support you to overcome any challenges you might encounter and I am here to support and celebrate all your successes. I encourage you to approach this year with enthusiasm and curiosity with the willingness to grow with a team that is going to support you.
To our parents/guardians, thank you for entrusting us with the education of your child. Your support is invaluable and I look forward to partnering with you to enhance student experiences and address any questions or concerns you may have.
To our dedicated staff, I am excited to work alongside a talented and passionate group of educators. Thank you for your commitment to our students and I look forward to working with you to support the growth of every child.
